WebIntegration was founded in 1999 by Jeff Burrill to offer personalized Web design services, running completely counter
to the trends of mass-customization and the "one size fits all" approach that largely dominates the field today. While
those types of offerings have their place and fulfill a valuable need, we saw that many customers had unique needs
beyond those that were being fulfilled by those prevalent in the marketplace.
Given that approach as our guiding principle, we have come to understand that most clients usually know what they want,
but the biggest hurdle they find is communicating those needs with technical departments that often don't speak the
same language.
